With a background in foundation-funded program development, executive communications, and embodied leadership, I bring analytical precision and narrative clarity to complex environments.

Luce Heritage Language Scholar Program
CUNY / LAGCC / Luce Foundation | 2013–2015
​​​Directed a $250K international heritage language initiative serving multilingual students; secured $100K renewal funding and expanded cohort and academic programming.

Strategic Communications & Institutional Systems
LaGuardia Community College/CUNY
I began my tenure at LaGuardia as Senior Writer and Editor within the Division of Institutional Advancement, shaping executive messaging, leading cross-divisional initiatives, and supporting projects that strengthened the College’s institutional voice and operational clarity.
Later, stepping into the role of Communications Manager for the Division of Administration, ​I led a comprehensive revision of the College’s Emergency Procedures Manual, managing a cross-functional team of more than 50 stakeholders from multiple divisions: Student Government, Campus Safety, and external partners such as NYPD, NYFD, and the FBI.
